Ginny's Cottage One has one bedroom w/queen bed, living room, dining area, kitchenette, and bath room with a tub/shower. A shared deck looks out over the harbor across the road. Ideal for guests who want a little extra room, are traveling with a well behaved pet or young children. A sleeper sofa in the living area is adequate for one extra adult or two children. Extra guest charge of $25 per person per night for additional guests beyond two people. Four person maximum in cottage, due to fire code regulations there are no exceptions.
