At the Edible Island Culinary and Ecological Center, you can participate in a variety of programs that will further your love of the culinary arts. Workshops are great educational opportunities that will allow you to take your cooking to the next level. You can participate in one at Edible Island or at the Stonington Farmers Market on Fridays from 10am to noon. Previous workshops have included Foraging and Cooking Wild Edibles and Cooking Class: Ice Cream.
